APPOINTMENT POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments not canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a non-refundable charge of $25 and will require a deposit for future appointments.
First time late cancel: $25 non-refundable fee
Second time late cancel: Non-refundable FULL CHARGE of service(s) booked, and deposit required for future appointments
